TERMS OF SERVICE

1. General By placing an order with Voltreuse (voltreuse.com), you agree to these terms. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time.

2. Products All battery packs and modules sold by Voltreuse are used OEM parts removed from Tesla vehicles. They are inspected and tested before sale but are not new. Listings describe the condition and specifications to the best of our knowledge.

3. Compatibility It is the buyer's sole responsibility to verify that the part is compatible with their specific vehicle, year, trim, and software configuration before ordering. Voltreuse is not liable for parts ordered for incompatible vehicles. Contact us before purchasing if you are unsure.

4. Professional Installation High-voltage EV battery packs must be installed by a qualified EV technician or repair facility. Voltreuse is not liable for any damage, injury, or loss resulting from improper installation or handling of high-voltage components.

5. Warranty Each unit is sold with a limited warranty covering defects in performance and workmanship. See our Return & Refund Policy for full warranty claim details.

6. Limitation of Liability Voltreuse's liability is limited to the purchase price of the product. We are not liable for incidental, consequential, or indirect damages arising from the use or inability to use our products.

7. Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
