Shipping policy

All high-voltage battery packs ship via freight carrier within the continental United States. Freight shipping is required due to the size and weight of these units.

Typical transit time is 3–7 business days after dispatch. You will receive a tracking number once your order ships. Someone must be available at the delivery address to receive the freight shipment. Liftgate service is available upon request — please contact us before ordering if you require it.

We do not ship outside the continental US at this time. For shipping quotes or special delivery arrangements, contact us before placing your order.
