Refund policy

All battery packs and modules sold by Voltreuse are inspected and tested before shipment. Each unit includes a warranty covering defects in performance and workmanship.

To initiate a warranty claim, contact us within 30 days of delivery. We will review the claim and, where applicable, issue a replacement or full refund after inspection. The unit must be uninstalled and returned in its original condition. Return shipping costs for warranty claims are covered by Voltreuse.

Returns are not accepted for units that have been installed and show signs of damage caused after delivery. Compatibility is the buyer's responsibility — please confirm fitment with us before ordering.
