How We Test Our EV Battery Packs
Our Testing Process
Every battery pack we sell goes through a rigorous multi-point inspection before it's listed in our inventory. We don't list a pack until it passes — no exceptions.
What We Test
- State of Health (SOH): We measure remaining capacity against the original OEM spec. Only packs meeting our minimum SOH threshold are listed.
- Cell Balance: We check individual cell voltages across the entire pack to ensure balanced performance and longevity.
- Voltage Output: Full high-voltage output is verified under load conditions.
- Thermal Performance: We inspect the battery management system (BMS) and cooling circuits for faults or degradation.
- Physical Inspection: Every pack is inspected for physical damage, corrosion, coolant leaks, and connector integrity.
Our Warranty
All battery packs sold by voltreuse.com include a warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship. If a pack fails to perform as described within the warranty period, we'll work with you to make it right — replacement or refund.
Warranty terms are included with every order. For questions before purchasing, contact us directly.
Why It Matters
A used EV battery pack is a significant investment. We built our testing process to give repair shops, technicians, and EV owners the confidence to buy with certainty — not hope. Every pack we ship is one we'd put in our own vehicle.
